The Operations Committee has the responsibility of ensuring that Bethesda’s building and grounds remain operational and attractive. This includes all electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. In addition, it includes most items necessary for the smooth operation of the church, such as lawn care, snow removal, insurance needs, copier and other office needs.
Typical Activities Include:
• Building update projects such as replacement of old window casings, repair of wall defects and scheduled repainting
• Resurfacing Driveway
• Schedule roof repair and replacement on ongoing basis
• Renovation and updating bathrooms
• Re-carpeting
• Beautification of court yard
• Constructed a new audio/visual control room
• Cemented garbage can area
• Light fixtures converted to LED bulbs
• Shed permanently wired to main building electrical system
