We do not collect any personal data from this site. No donations are received online.

We do not collect any personal data about visitors to our site, and only collect the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. Our website is protected by Wordfence and only provides activity information: how many visitors to our site, how many hits, how many blocked or failed attempts to log on, and the IP address of those that are blocked.

We do not have comments enabled on any of our pages.

Media

All images that are loaded on our website are proprietary to Bethesda Lutheran Church Alexandria, have been legally purchased, or are eminent domain.

Contact forms

Our contact form is protected by Captcha and your personal information is not compromised. The email address we provide for contact receives your email directly.

Log in cookies will only apply to the site administrators and authorized users. These cookies are removed after two days.

It is always your right to request that any photos or personal of you featured on our website be removed. Please submit your request to our office in person, by phone, in writing or by email.

Since we are a United States company and our mailing list is located within the boundaries of our country (and mostly in Minnesota), the issue of transferring site data outside the European Union is absent.

European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. We ensure that these standards are met because we do not do business within the European Union.
